  • Linen is naturally strong and durable, and with the correct care, you can rely on your products to last you a long time.

    Separate lights, darks and colours, and machine wash at 30 degrees. Hang dry, and avoid tumble drying, which may cause shrinkage or weaken the fabric.

    Natural fabrics crease when washed, which adds to their rustic aesthetic. If you prefer crease free linens, iron at a low to medium temperature, so as not to damage the fibres.

  • All of my linen products are fully customisable, so if you’ve got specific measurements in mind, or you’d like something made in a different colour, just get in touch with me by email, and I’ll be able to help you place a bespoke order.

  • Absolutely, I would love to help you out with your special occasion, and am happy to discuss quantities and pricing over email. Please bear in mind that I will need at least 28 days notice for particularly large orders, depending on the time of year and how busy I am.

  • If you’d like to place a large or wholesale order, you can drop me an email, and I’ll get back to you with more details on wholesale pricing.

  • I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, and all parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

    Tracked 48 post aims to deliver within 2 days, and Tracked 24 post aims to deliver the next working day.

  • All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services, so you can keep an eye on the whereabouts of your parcels.

  • I really hope you love your Cloth and Clay products! However, if you wish to return an item, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receiving your order. The products must then be received back within 28 days of purchase, unused and in their original condition.

    I do not refund postage costs, or cover the cost of return postage, and I am unable to accept returns on bespoke or custom orders.

    If you would like to exchange your product for something else in my shop, I will post this out to you once I have received your original item, and once all cost differences and postage has been paid by you.
